Africa Data Entry processes your personal data in accordance with Burkina Faso law no. 001-2021/AN on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, for EU residents, the GDPR.
Data collected
Contact, enrolment, application, webinar and download forms: name, email, phone, organisation, message, position, CV. Quiz and calculator: anonymous answers, not stored.
Purposes and legal basis
Answer your requests, manage enrolments and applications, send the newsletter and webinar invitations (consent), measure audience anonymously and without cookies (legitimate interest).
Retention periods
Prospects: 3 years after last contact. Candidates: 2 years. Learners: duration of the relationship plus 5 years. Measurement cookies: 13 months maximum.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: write to contact@africadataentry.net. You may lodge a complaint with the Commission de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CIL).

Encrypted transmission (HTTPS), restricted access, encrypted backups, access logging.
