Scope
These terms apply to Africa Data Entry's services (data collection, processing and analysis, software development, consulting) and training.
Quotes and orders
Every service is subject to a signed quote or proposal. The order is firm upon receipt of the signed quote and any deposit.
Prices and payment
Prices in CFA francs (XOF), excluding taxes. Payment terms specified in the quote.
Confidentiality
Africa Data Entry undertakes not to disclose any client data and can sign a specific non-disclosure agreement.
Training
Cancellation and postponement terms are set out in the catalogue. A certificate is issued at the end of each programme.
Disputes
To be completed by your legal counsel.
